THE WEDDING OF ADA AND BART/ HET TROUWEN VAN ADA EN BART

21augustus 2003
is het 10 jaar geleden dat Ada Kluijt en Bart Serlie
elkaar zijn tegengekomen.
Op die gedenkwaardige dag om 14.30 uur zal ons huwelijk
worden voltrokken in de Hofstede Meerzigt
(Zonnenberg 4 te Zoetermeer, wijk 16).

Receptie: IN DE DRIE HOOIBARGEN
(Zegwaartseweg 31 te Zoetermeer, wijk 23)
tussen 17.00 uur en 18.30 uur.





Wij vinden het al een groot cadeau om (jo)u eventueel op onze
trouwdag te ontmoeten. Wanneer er bij zijn die hoe dan ook toch
graag wat wensen te schenken, dan bij voorkeur in een envelop.

Above the lady who asked Bart if he wanted the same as usual and did her own choice (a habit of many hairdessers ….). He confirmed that. Unfortunately just 6 days for calculating (just a rough Cloggie translation) the big (wedding)day Esmeralda (on the photo) from a not mentioned hairsaloon (indication: opposite a snackbar …. Daar moet je zijn voor een comlpeet snack festijn (op z'n Haags uitgesproken; pronounced in The Hague language) …. with the ZFM107.6 sign) took too much hair away (especially around Bart's ears) and left too much above one of his eyes. It’s no more Esmeralda and that hairsaloon for Ada and Bart anymore. The photo above is made by the bridegroom himself. Next ones are made by Phil Eckersley (Ada's brother in law) who drove the bride and bridegroom in his English (a very well pollished Japanese one with beautiful bouquets done by his wife Iris; Ada's sister who did excellent work concerning all the flowers) car. The photos by Phil were done on one of the cameras (a Olympus 1.3) of the ABC family. Also photos of Copyright Zoetermeer (well known for example of photos in local newspapers) can be found down under.

On the stairs of one of the houses (here parents still live there) where Ada used to live.

Photo above is again made by Copyright Zoetermeer. That was again another idea of the bridegroom (because Ada has something with horses).

In De Natuurtuin (The Nature garden) of the Westerpark in Zoetermeer.

Nearly leaving the Westerpark and within reasonable time up to the Wilhelmina Park in Zoetermeer Dorp (village).

In Hofstede Meerzigt after (the ring of the bridegroom can be seen and now on the other chair) has been changed yes word.

The famous place for a photo with a selected society. The balloons are thanks to (uncle= not of the rice, but the man behind a well known company with also customers of the television scene) Ben who his left. Oops the red one was already launched by the bridgroom. Sorry Bert there can only be seen a small piece of your face. Every stair photo had something and this came out as the best.

Maria and Angelique were one of the last very welcome guests which arrived.

After the reception a selected society went to the house of the bride parents. Natural Ada was the first to start the buffet. On the door the bride and bridegom in their younger days.

Ons is een onvergetelijke (trouw)dag bezorgd. Hartelijk dank aan een ieder die dat mede mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Datzelfde geldt voor al die enveloppen met inhoud en meer (naast andere leuke kado's; ook 't e.e.a. voor Cesar). Bedankt voor alles!
